Return Policy

The products bought online can be returned according to O.U.G. 34/2014. The consumer has the right to notify in written the seller that he gives up at the buying, without penalties and without a reason, in a term of 14 days from the product receipt, and after signing the contract if we are talking about services. The products return will be made on the client`s charge and we recommend using the same transport method as when receiving the goods.

DREAM FISH S.R.L (called also as provider) will refund the amount of the products as soon as possible, after receiving the returned products. The refunded sum and the return conditions do not include the shipping costs.

Sale contract definition: any contract where the seller transfers or engages to transfer the property of some products to the buyer, and the buyer pays or engages to pay for them, including any contract that is the subject of products or services.

The contract is valid after issuing the invoice and no when launching the order or issuing the automatic confirmation of the order. The right of quiting ends the contract obligations.
OUG 34/2014 stipulations applies only to the consumer defined as any physical person or group of physical persons part of an association, as are defined in article 2, point 2 OG 21/1992 regarding the protection of consumers, republished, with further modifications and additions.

The returned products must be in the same condition as they were received, in the original packing, with the intact labels and together with all documents received ( invoice, guarantee certificate, using instructions etc), even in the situation when the return is imputed to the seller: wrong packed products, wrong delivered products or products with fabrication defects.

The consumer informs DREAM FISH S.R.L regarding his decision of quit the contract by one of the variants: written form or email. The consumer has 14 days from the date of receiving the products to announce the contract quit. 

Obligations of DREAM FISH S.R.L

Dream Fish will refund the value in maximum 30 days from the day the consumer announces the quit of the contract. Refunding  the amount will be made in the same payment modality, applicable in reasonable conditions(if the payment was made cash on delivery, the refund  will be made by bank transfer, unequivocal by the consumer).

Obligations of the consumer
The products are returned to DREAM FISH S.R.L by appointed courier, with no reasonless delay and in maximum 14 days from receiving the products. The consumer pays for the shipping charges.

Mention
In all above cases, the products need to be returned in the same condition as being received, in the original packing and together with all accessories and original documents. The deterioration of the products or returning them in a situation the object cannot be resold, will be refused.

IMPORTANT: Please do not return the products if you have not contacted us before. The return will be refused!
